Nena completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at the University of Waterloo in 2018, in addition to a Master of Physical Therapy degree at Western University in London, ON in 2021. Operating in outpatient clinics since 2014, Nena is quite knowledgeable and capable of providing advanced therapeutic treatments. Nena has completed her additional training in Pelvic Health with a focus on Incontinence. Nena is driven by the power of motivation and empowers her patients to take charge of their own lives and believes that “what doesn’t challenge you, doesn’t change you”.
Jay completed his Physiotherapy education in India, where he owned and operated a Physiotherapy clinic. His experience with various patient populations has given him a diverse skill set. Jay has extensive experience with surgical rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal injuries. He relies on a detailed assessment that focuses on client-centred goal setting. Jay has special interests in sport and occupational injuries. He is keen to expand his knowledge through advanced post graduate courses in manual therapy.
Dr. Fera is a graduate of Parker University in Dallas, Texas and has been a licensed chiropractor since 1999. He maintains a certification in Active Release Technique and continues ongoing education in several diverse areas of clinical practice. He treats a wide variety of conditions. He volunteers his time with several organizations such as the Ontario Chiropractic Association and enjoys living an active lifestyle.
Dr. Justine Rodrigues earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2020. She earned a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science degree from Gannon University where she played varsity soccer on scholarship. Dr. Rodrigues uses thorough and in-depth evidence-based practice methods specializing in Diversified Technique. This includes manual treatment techniques such as precise spinal manipulation which can be gentle low force depending on your condition and comfort, joint mobilizations, exercise therapy involving stretching/strengthening and various methods of soft tissue therapy, ART (active release technique) and Graston techniques, Athletic Taping for better posture and performance. Moms and moms-to-be. Dr. Justine loves helping you through your pregnancy and post-partum recovery. Educating patients on lifestyle and ways to help themselves is also a very critical part of treatment plans. All treatment plans look at your body as a whole and avoid pain-chasing. Your care is individualized and patient-centred with the aim to mitigate ongoing pain or discomfort to get back to your pre-injury state.
Karolina Kuzyk is a Massage Therapist practicing in Guelph, ON. She graduated from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2018 with an RMT diploma. She has a wide scope of clinical experience, which includes working in hospital, clinic, and athletic settings. Karolina has studied a variety of techniques, approaches and modalities giving her a thorough understanding of the human body. During treatment, Karolina incorporates therapeutic techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy. She takes great care to educate her clients about proper posture, pain control, and long term management; giving advice about health and wellness.
Wahid Rahmaty is a RMT who graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2017. He successfully completed the program receiving a diploma in Massage Therapy, plus an additional sports massage certification. He has supplementary education and experience through attending Humber Colleges Fitness and Health Promotion diploma program and working as a personal trainer for many years. Wahid also practices traditional eastern medicine and has training and credentials in gua sha and cupping therapy. He’s always had a passion for living a healthy lifestyle and now he helps others with his extensive knowledge of the human body. Combining his experience as a personal trainer and massage therapist he can confidently assess, treat and prescribe remedial home care to anyone suffering from an ailment, disability or chronic pain pattern. Wahid knows the benefits of manual therapy and movement and focuses on deep tissue neuromuscular techniques, fascial release therapy and exercise prescription. He also incorporates general Swedish massage along side traditional eastern medicine to give you the best treatment possible.
Janel is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with Honours from Mohawk College. She specializes in Musculoskeletal injuries including tennis elbow, rotator cuff injuries as well as lower back and knee pain. Janel has extensive experience having graduated from Georgian College for the OTA/PTA program in 2016. She has 7 years of experience in Physiotherapy and is now united with Massage Therapy. She is well equipped with a wide range of tools to execute the most effective treatment plans for her clients. Janel is also trained in Cupping, Taping and General Swedish Massage Techniques including Fascial release therapy. Janel gets immense gratification watching her clients progress and recover.
Courtney Baker is a registered massage therapist (RMT) who graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage in 2019. She is originally from Edmonton moving to Ontario a handful of years ago. She is passionate about helping others which is what led her to Massage Therapy. During treatment, Courtney incorporates modalities which include General Swedish Massage,hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and joint mobilizations. She strives to deliver the best care to her patients through providing education, creating strong and effective therapeutic relationships, and creating achievable treatment plans. Courtney is always eager to learn and adapt her treatments with continuing education courses and collaboration with other practitioners. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys hiking and mastering her new hobbies of rock climbing and pottery. Courtney looks forward to meeting you!
Bonnie is a passionate, patient-centred Acupuncturist living in Guelph. Her extensive clinical background as a Registered Nurse underpins her awareness of challenges faced by patients and her work as an Acupuncturist. With a special interest in Reproductive, Gynaecology and Pelvic Health, Bonnie enjoys listening to and partnering with her clients to meet their health goals. Regardless of your health concern, Bonnie uses a gentle and relaxing acupuncture style to support all aspects of your health and wellness.
Connor is a recent graduate of the University of Guelph from the Human Kinetics program which focussed on research methodology and empirical, evidence-based interventions in a clinical setting. Connor is eager to further his education in the field of rehabilitation as well as in strength training and conditioning. His experience in sports such as cross country, cycling, swimming and soccer provide a unique perspective and understanding as to the goals of many athletes seeking rehabilitation. Outside of the clinic Connor can be found in the gym, playing soccer or adventuring with friends.
Sarah graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Kinetics. During her degree, Sarah completed research in the field of exercise physiology, and is passionate about patient education and improving the quality of life of patients through the use of evidence-supported physical therapy management. Sarah is passionate about healthy, active living and enjoys hiking, playing sports, rock climbing, and weightlifting in her free time.
Kayla is a passionate and dedicated woman who uses her interpersonal skills to help others find their passion in life on their journey to happiness. She enjoys being outdoors, meditating, yoga, reading, and travelling. Kayla is well experienced in customer service, and is always looking to broaden her experience to apply herself in a positive environment.
Emma graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University, where she received her Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences Degree with high distinction and minors in Biology, Chemistry and Psychology. She has a multitude of patient care experience from working in various healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics and disability programs. Emma is very passionate in ensuring that every aspect of a patients’ experience is met with satisfaction, and hopes that she can support patients throughout their rehabilitation. In her spare time, Emma enjoys dancing, reading, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (TMD) is commonly known as jaw pain. Trained therapists can help your pain and clicking by teaching you relaxation, stretching and strengthening exercises for the face, head, neck and postural muscles.
